New Delhi: With SC regulated to take a request for the West Bengal government challenging the CBI’s probe to several cases in a state even though the government attracted “General Approval” in November 2018, TMC on Friday said the recent call by the leaders had no “legal sanctity” Because this is based on the firs submitted by the CBI.
Overcoming a press conference, MP TMC Sukhendu Sekhar Roy said, “This center has used the CBI, ED, and other central agents to harass CM Mamata Banerjee after a landslide victory in the assembly poll and because of its efforts to arrange all opposition forces to beat BJP in the year 2024.
