NEW DELHI: The Union Minister for Education Ramesh Pokhriyal’Nishank’ on Friday accepted the proposal to give financial help to 11.
8 crore pupils through Direct Benefit Transport (DBT) of this cooking price part of this Mid-Day-Meal Scheme, to all qualified kids, as a distinctive welfare step.

This is along with the Central govt’s statement of supply of free-of-cost meals sausage @ 5 Kg per man a month to almost 80 Crore beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PM-GKAY).
