Gurgaon: The Ministry of Health on Thursday night conducted an inter-country attack in a house on Etu in Uttar Pradesh and added a doctor and three others on charges of determining illegal sex.
The case has been registered with a doctor and his three colleagues based on pre-conception and pre-Christmas diagnostic (PCPNDT) Act, 1994 and medical enduring ACT pregnancy, 1971 in Gurgaon.
The team restored Rs 35,000 and illegal ultrasound machines from their ownership.
The Gurgaon Civil Surgeon has received information about the Nexus person who determines the fetus illegally.
“Our team took a bait of a pregnant woman who was contacted by the defendant.
He was asked to pay Rs 35,000 for the process.
He told us and our team lowered the four accused,” said Dr.
Virender Yadav, Chief Medical Officer, Gurgaon.
