New Delhi: In one of the fastest probes carried out in underage sexual attacks, Delhi’s crime branch has submitted a ChargesHeet in the case of a rape of a six-year-old girl within 21 days of being submitted by investigation.
Minister of Home Union Amit Shah has reviewed this case and directed the police to form a sitting to conduct a quick investigation and had a trial carried out in the field quickly.
He has asked Chargesheet to be submitted in a month.
He has reviewed this case along with the rape and murder of a nine-year-old girl in Nangal Village.
Based on the Changed Rape Law, Part 376AB IPC has been called in Chargesheet.
This is related to the sexual attack of a woman under 12 years old and brings a sentence from the death penalty for a lifelong imprisonment or a tight prison with 20 years well.
Apart from this, children’s protection of sexual violations and SC / SC Law has also been called in this case.
Chargesheet 187 pages filed on Friday at the ASJ Hasan Anjar Court, Special Court (Pocso), Karkardoma Court.
The next hearing on September 10.
Crime occurred at the Jurisdiction of the Vihar Police Station on August 11.
The girl was allegedly kidnapped and attacked by a cable operator from her environment when she played outside her house.
He was found bleeding by his parents and called AIIMS for treatment.
After registering fir, defendant, Shammugan, was arrested.
He is currently in court detention.
Probe revealed that he had lured him with the pretext of buying his Toffees.

This case was transferred from the Vihar Police Station to Crime Branch on August 14 and was assigned to ACP Arvind Kumar.
