Thane: A total of 40 passengers on the bus run by transportation Thane Municipal (TMT) had a lucky escape on Saturday night when the vehicle brake failed.
Regional disaster management cell officers from Thane Municipal Corporation said that the incident occurred at 6.45 a night in the Kajupada Road Ghodbunder area.
The TMT bus was on his way to Nallasopara from the Kopri bus stop and had taken passengers on a heavy trip.
When the bus arrived near Sudhanshu Ashram near Kajupada, the driver realized that the brakes failed.
