New Delhi: A good teacher is a personality builder, community builder, and builders, said President of RAM Nath Kovind while presenting the National Teacher Award 2021 for 44 teachers on Sunday.
This year, two teachers from Bal Bharati Delhi Public School, Dwarka and Birla Balika Vidyapeth, Jhunjhunu received an award from those who worked at CBSE schools.
There are two awards each from above, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Odisha, Bihar, Gujasthan.
A teacher from Karpawand, Bastar also among recipients.
Congratulates them, Kovind said such teachers strengthened his belief that future generations were in safe hands.
“Every student has different abilities, talents and psychology.
Emphasis must be placed on the development of all rounds of every child according to their needs and abilities,” he added.
