New Delhi: A man has been arrested for killing his brother-in-law, who is a child under 16 years, in the Narella industrial area, the police told Sunday.
According to official release, the defendant has been identified as Vikas.
The police recovered one hammer, one motorcycle, room key and clothing worn by Vikas used in the commission of a violation.
