Thane: Thane City on Monday reported 52 new Covid-19 cases, took the whole case to 1.37,587.
Among the new cases, 21 was found in Majiwada-Manada, followed by eight in Uthalsar, seven each at Vartak Nagar and Kalwa, four in Naupada-Kopri, three in Diva, and two in Local-Savarkar Nagar.
There are no new cases found in Wagale and Mumbra.
The active case now stands at 607.
However, two people with co-morbidities give up on viruses.
The overall death toll road stands at 2,085.
During the day, 47 people were also dismissed.
So far, 1,34,895 has recovered in the city.
The recovery rate is 98.04 percent, and double the number is 2,214 days.
Meanwhile, 13,338 people were given a dose of Covid-19 in government centers and 7,022 doses given in private centers.
