New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday said that the door vaccination to the door was not feasible especially when vaccination was quite good.
“Given the variety of Covid situations and the administrative complexity in the country, directing vaccination from the door to the door is not feasible, especially when vaccination is quite good”, the apex said.
Judge D Y Chandrachud, Vikram Nath and Hima Kohli also refused to entertain other pills that demand compensation for relatives in every case of Covid’s death treats him as medical negligence.
The APEX court said it could not be considered that a large number of unfortunate deaths caused by Covid were all caused by medical negligence.
“We cannot have such an assumption,” he said and asked the applicant to suggest steps through representation to the Government.
