New Delhi: The City Court has attracted Delhi police because of “inconsistencies” and “carelessness” in cases related to the death of a man who is suspected of being a manual recipulation after no reports submitted about investigating status for more than five months despite repeated orders.

“This court observed that even though there was this command from March 2 to August 11, 2021, there were no status reports submitted by IO, also did not appear.
Ignorance and carelessness of the Investigation Agency was a big writ,” the Order said.
Furthermore, said it was limited to calling the DCP concerned to submit a detailed compliance report before, along with additional Challan.
The submitted status report does not show the steps taken during further investigation after January 19, 2021.
