Chennai: The Chair of the Minister M K Stalin on Wednesday announced that the state government would form the Country SC / SC commission with legal force to protect the legal rights of SC / STS.
The government will provide villages with ₹ 10 lakh to maintain harmony between the community and become a role model for others.
“The state government will introduce the bill in the ongoing assembly session to establish a commission,” Stalin said, making a lot of announcements.
He said the government had reconstitution the committee of the alertness and monitoring committee below SC / SC (prevention of cruelty) acting, which consisted of more than 50 members of all parties and held a meeting in August.
The aim is to obtain a view of all parts and resolve people’s problems with a coordinated approach.
He made an announcement based on the results of the meeting.
To improve education at the school run by the ADTW department, the Department of School Education will step to provide training to teachers and provide computer education.
The state government has issued orders to establish four new special courts to try it related to the SC / SC Law (prevention of cruelty), in addition to the 18 existing trials.
The decision was taken to establish four new courts in Salem, Krishnagiri, Madurai and Tirunelveli because of the suffering of cases.
The training will be given to the police and income officials to provide assistance to affected people.
The minister’s chairman said financial assistance extended to people affected under SC / SC (Prevention of ACT) will be increased to the minimum RS 1 lakh and the maximum RS 12 lakh
