Ahmedabad: Gujarat High Court on Thursday asked the central government to respond to the temporary guarantee applicant submitted by a Mumbai Birju Salla-based entrepreneur, who served a prison sentence of living under the anti-piracy law which was changed to instill record threats in planting October 2017.
Salla had been searching for releases for two weeks quoting his father’s heart disease and that he was the only son and needed to tend to his father during illness.
It has also been conveyed that he has not been guaranteed since his arrest in this case, because the accusations level up to him are under the anti-piracy law that was changed in 2016.
The High Court also asked the central government advice to ask Salla’s father’s disease and put a report about it on Monday.
Salla was punished in June 2019 by the Special Nia Court to plant the threat of records in Lavatory from Mumbai-Delhi Jet Airways flight in October 2017.
Salla’s belief is the first confidence in the anti-piracy law that is changed in 2016.
Minimum penalty prescribed after being found guilty is impressions lifetime.
In addition to providing a minimum sentence, the Court Nia imposed a fine of 5-crore Hospital in Salla.
Of this number, the court ordered compensation for each Rs 1 lakh to pilots and co-pilots, each RS 50,000 for two flight attendants and each Rs 25,000 for all 116 passengers on board.
