LONDON: Cristiano Ronaldo is set to receive a welcome Heroes at Old Trafford on Saturday when he made his second debut for Manchester United against Newcastle to return to the Premier League.
Five times Ballon d’Or Winner, who left United to join Real Madrid in 2009, returned to the club in the transfer of surprises from Juventus just before the transfer deadline.
United Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said ahead 36 years will display “at a certain point” on the 1400 GMT kickoff.

“The mood is very good, he works well and we look forward to Saturday, of course.” Before the unexpected acquisition of Ronaldo, Solskjaer had strengthened his troops with Swoops for England in front of England Sancho Jadon and defender of the French Cup Cup winner Raphael Varane.
United will be expected to challenge Manchester City champions for the title after a productive transfer window.
Solskjaer believes Ronaldo will increase a higher level of quality in the squad, both physically and mentally, when they try to land the first trophy of the Norwegian government.
“We have grown as a group of recent years.
Determination, desire, focus has increased over time and little by little,” he said.
“Even like bringing Raphael (Varane), he comes with a winning mentality, extraordinary focus.” Of course Cristiano comes too and there is no place to hide when you have a winner like them.
