Trichy: Improving International Flight Services After the second wave of Covid-19 turned out to be an opportunity for exporters in Trichy because demand for clothing in Southeast Asia was taking steps in front of the God Festival.
Apart from the limit on the passenger movement, the recent exporter sent tons of clothing to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia through Trichy International Airport.
So far, most exports from the airport are easy-to-damaged commodities such as vegetables and fruits.
Export tons of clothing has rejuvenated the expectations of agents and flight fans here.
So far, textile producers in the state in Karaur and Salem are exporting clothing through Chennai International Airport or Bengaluru, and sometimes through the port.
While Trichy is limited as a hub to export vegetable products, garment delivery has set short routes to Southeast Asia for exporters in Tamil Nadu.
“Sarees and fabrics have witnessed a large demand in Malaysia among the Indian Diaspora.
As a low cost and reliable quality encourages demand, we can export 40 tons of this Diwali season garment,” crippling agents, clearing and forwarding, export words.
MSMEs into food production both utilize demand for snacks in the Gulf countries.
“We have planned to visit the Textile Unit in the Perambal, Karur, and Namakkal to take advantage of the opportunity to export clothes from Trichy Airport,” said Independent Civil Aviation Analyst.
