Lucknow: More than 45% of Uttar Pradesh is free from Coronavirus infection, the state government said on Sunday.
Health bulletins stated that 34 districts had zero covid cases on Sunday.
District is: Ballia, Alīgarh, Amroah, Ayodhya, Baghpat, Balti, Bahraich, Bhadohi, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Chitrakoot, Estate, Fatehpur, Gonda, Hamirpur, Hardoi, Kushinagar, Lalitpur, Kushinagar, Maha, Moradabad, Pilibhit, Pratapgarh, Rampur , Saharanpur, Sant Kabirnagar, Shamli, Shraverti, Siddharth Nagar and Sonbhadra.
The total number of active cases above is now 177 in 41 districts.
Six District: Gautam Budh Nagar, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Jalaun and Rae Bareli accounted for 42% of the total active case.
Meanwhile, 21 new cases took the state counting to 17.09 547.
Of these, 16,86,487 has recovered that speaks for the recovery rate of 98.7%.
The total number of Covid-19 deaths reported in the state reached 22,883.
