New Delhi: Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday met Oscar Fernandes family members.
Fernandes, a leader of the senior Congress and former Union Minister died on Monday.
Gandhi described the veteran leader, as a friend, a guide and a true soldier of the Congress Party.
“Spending time with the family of Shri Oscar Fernandes Ji and paid respect to him – a friend, a guide and a true soldier of the Congress Party”, he tweeted.
Fernandes died at the age of 80 after suffering to fall accidentally when doing regular exercise.
