Gurgaon: The week after conducting an investigation and found that the concession holder for the construction of the waste (C & D) waste plant has entirely rented his work to third parties, the MCG has issued a notice of the show that requests the action of the company should not be carried against it.
MCG said the officer the question had given a ‘fair opportunity’ to the concession holder to present his view.
“But it’s a matter of regret that you fail to provide the documents needed in the investigation,” read the notifications issued by the MCG Commissioner.
“Our probe found that the company contracted a third party, fully tiring the norm.
We have served the recovery of concession collection.
They have been looking for 15 days to answer.
Actions will be taken according to the agreement with the concession holder,” Sunder Sheoran said, MCG Executive Engineer.
Report by Investigation Officers Pradeep Ahlawat, Commissioner with MCG-1, said that third parties also illegally weighed on people to collect and transportation waste C & D on behalf of MCG.
MCG said there was no written permission that was sought from it, which was a violation of the agreement.
On the basis of the MCG report, the mayor has written to the Commissioner to complaint against the concession holder, restore financial losses caused by the civil body and blacklist all companies involved in alleged fraud.
