New Delhi: After setting additional costs around a dozen departments for Petahana Secretary, the government looked at half a dozen secretary posts that fell at the end of this month.
Now in the midst of a lot of speculation between the top bureaucrates that will soon occur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi holds a meeting with all secretaries in the Central Government on Saturday (today).
This is seen as an important exercise before the possibility of the Mega reshuffle in the top bureaucracy.
The source said there was no official agenda, but all the top bureaucrats had prepared meetings with all the details that might remember the PM experience surprised them with some detail and in-depth insight related to their department.
Unlike the previous government, the removal of bureaucrats in the middle of the current regime has been stored as a secret to the official order issued.
“No one gets promise, transfer and extension instructions until you see the order,” recognizes the senior bureaucrat.
The senior bureaucracy has played an important role in the administration and the person in Modi said that in some cases PM immediately contacted several secretaries who held the main post.
Now there is a large speculation in the bureaucracy that might be issued by the government with a fresh list of empreneled secretaries from the 1990 batch.
Officials said there had been an instance when the government had appointed relatively younger officers in an important post to maintain a long sustainability.
At present, most of IAS’s officers frowned to become a secretary of Batch 1988 and 1989 have been waiting.
