Noida: Noida authority on Tuesday said sealed the office of 11 real estate developers and club houses in their group housing projects on the non-compliance of the National Green Tribunal Rules (NGT).
The action arose a day after similar actions against two developers for a non-functional waste treatment plant (STP) on their project.
Authority said he had started an investigation to find out whether all housing communities in the city, side by side with Delhi, had functional stps or not.
“In the process of inquiry, it was revealed that some people did not have STP or STP they did not function, which was a violation of NGT orders,” authority said in a statement on Tuesday.
“The CEO of the Noida Authority Ritu Maheshwari has instructed the builder office and clubs, which are under the builders, from all people like that must be sealed,” he said.
Projects found by Fluting Norma NGT are Assotech Windsor Court (Sector 78), Golf City (Sector 75), Gardenia Gateway (Sector 75), GH 07 (Sector 75) from AIMS Max Gardenia Developers, GH 03C (Sector 77) from AVP Buildtech, plot no.
4 GH 04 (Sector 119) Gaur Grandeur, Ananaya’s in Setcor 119, Gardenia Grace’s E-16A (Sector 61), Prateek Fedora’s E-11a (Sector 61), Marvel Homes’ E-011 (Sector 61) and Antriksh Nature Apartment’s A -110 (sector 52), it was stated.
