Kolkata: Jessore-VIP Road Patchwork Following SOS Airlines

Kolkata: sold by SOS calls from airlines that must reschedule the pick-up time for pilots and airline crews for the past two days because the streets were ridden by holes around the airport, police Bidhannagar and the State Public Works Department made an overnight drive to repair some of the damaged stretches with Patchworks.
The major airlines are flooded with panic calls from leaflets captured in traffic.
“The situation has been sad.
On Wednesday, there is not much rain.
Even then, some leaflets report it almost on time after they were hit in Snarl traffic on VIP Road or Jessore Road.
We have also begun to pick up flight captains and members of our crew at least one Hour before the schedule to make sure they were not late, “said an airline official in Kolkata.
“Following the patches, the situation slightly increased on Thursday,” added the official.
Between Dum Dum Park and the southern tip of the Ktergtur bridge and from Baguiati to Kaikhali, the upper layer of the road has been obsolete in most areas.
The condition of Jessore Road is even worse, with a crater of anything between 6ft to 8ft in diameter and some in 1ft-15ft trimming in several places such as Gerbang 3 airport, the Belghoria Expressway meeting, Birati Crossing and Birati.
Since Wednesday night, the police along with PWD officials began placing bricks on the crater to smooth the depth and improve other people with broken bricks and sand bags to make the road easier for the trip.
“We have started repairing patchwork at this time and will repair the road after the rain fell,” said a PWD official.
A senior official traffic department Bidhannagar Commissionerara added that their officers were on the road for almost three days in stretching when the traffic movement along the road had become Haywire mostly due to poor road conditions.
