Rajasthan: Surginess in Baran villages for the death of aspirants

City: Lamentations and screams pierce the silence early Saturday in the village of Baran district Gordhanpura, Kasampura and Hanuvatkheda when news reached CHAKSU mishap.
Of the six victims, three are from the village Gordhanpura including the driver, while the other came from the village Kasampura, Chibabarode and Hanuvatkheda.
Five others were wounded also from the same area.
Not a single house in these villages lit a fire in their kitchen.
The villagers, including family members, were told only about the accident and the injury of four youth, but soon news of the death of three young men and the critical injury of another young man who spread through social media, Gordhanpura Panchayat Samiti Member Ward Dinesh Mehta told TOI.
Fourth village youth had gone to Jaipur around 11 pm on Friday and reach Tonk at 3.51 o’clock on a Saturday morning when dilip Mehta, the van driver, Dinesh Mehta called and told him about their location.
Dilip dead run grocery store in the village and have a three year old girl.
His wife was three months pregnant.
Ward members said that the deceased’s family is very poor and can hardly make both ends meet.
One of the critically injured, Hemraj Bairwa, posted as Panchayat Sahayak (secretary) in Gordhanpura Gram Panchyat and is preparing Reet, said Narendra Meghwal, says sarpanch.
The young forward REET exam and gladly go to the centers of examination.
HR Atru, Dinesh Meena, also visited Gordhanpura and two other villages to be with the bereaved family.
Last rites will be performed on Sunday morning, said HR.
