Two cheats caught forselling shops at KV Dham

Rajeev.dikshit@timesgroup.com Varanasi: Two fraudsters were arrested for posting fake advertisements on social media to sell shops in the Kashi Vishwanath Dham area even though this project was still unfinished, and the deadline was more than a month.
