Thiruvananthapuram: Hartal Dawnto-Dusk observed in the state on Monday to support Bandh Bharat called Samyukta Kisan Morcha to protest new and peaceful new agricultural law.
Both the powerful LDF and UDF opposition congress have supported Hartal.
There were no large unwanted incidents reported in the state, except three in Thiruvananthapuram Rural, Kozhikode and Kannur.
In Naruvamoodu in the Tethuvananthapuram rural, small tension was reported when protesters tried to cover gas stations force.
Even though the police registered a case, no one was arrested.
In Kozhikode, the Asianet Broadband Franchise Office was attacked by a group of Hartal supporters after the staff refused to close the store.
The police have registered cases and as many as 15 people, including three women protesters, have been arrested.
In Chakkarakkal, Kannapuram and Iritty in Kannur Regency, forcibly closed banks and post offices, although there were no cases so far have not been registered with respect to this incident.

LDF CUVENER and CPM State Secretary A Vijayaraghavan thanked everyone who supported Hartal.

State President of the National Trade Union National Trade Union R Chandrasyharan, inaugurated a meeting with trade unions and farmers here, saying protest against agricultural laws will continue until the victory is reached.
While BJP has called Hartal as “Anti-People”, Secretary General of George Kurian on Saturday said that while union affiliated with it did not support the attack, they would not openly oppose it.
