Tallahassee: Florida filed a lawsuit against President Joe Biden’s government on Tuesday claiming his immigration policy was illegal, and the Governor of the Republic of Ron Desantis signed the order of restrictions on state institutions from helping with the relocation of non-documented immigrants who arrived in the state.
Desantis’s order authorizes the Florida Law Enforcement Department and Florida Highway Patrol “to hold every aircraft, bus, or other vehicles within the Florida State reasonably believed to transport illegal aliens to Florida from the southwest border.” He also ordered the agency to gather information about the identity of each immigrant who arrived illegally in Florida from the border of Mexico and told state bodies not to spend money to help these immigrants unless needed by law.
Attorney General Ashley Moody demanded that the federal immigration policy will cost millions of dollars and cause damage to Florida.
“While some migrants who arrive have legitimate asylum claims, many are not.
Some gang members and drug workmanship that exploit the crisis on the border, as evidenced by the number of fentanyl reprimands confiscated at the border this year”, said his coat.
Moody and Desantis held a press conference in Southwest Florida where both condemned Biden to Immigration and praised the policy of former President Donald Trump.
“Biden president helped and conspired the criminal cartel”, said Moody.
Asked about the claim and desantis command, Secretary of the White Press Building Jen PSaki said he had not seen his coat.
“Every Republican Party or any member who wants to have a constructive conversation about the solution to overcome what we agree is not a long-term operational or moral approach to immigration, we are happy to have the conversation”, PSAKI said.
Desantis, considered a potential 2024 presidential candidate, has attacked Biden on immigration for months.
He sent Florida law enforcement officers to Texas to help obstruct illegal border crossings and he and Moody then visited the border and held a press conference on this issue.
