Hyderabad: The Special Investigation Team (Sitting) of the Head of Mahesh Bhagwat has acknowledged before the Commission appointed by SC, which investigated the attacks of the meeting accused of rape of UKRA and murder, who did not win the arm and registers, containing weapons entrance entries to four of the police , is violating a high court order (HC).
DCP Prakash Reddy and Wanaparthy SP K Apoorva Rao also appeared before the commission.
On Monday, Bhagwat appeared before the commission to answer the question whether he or the sitting member had examined the fire arm and registers at the Amangal and Nandigama police station.
The sitting head stated that the Investigating Officer (IO) J Surender Reddy had examined register in the quarter head of armed reserves in the Cyberabad Commissioner.
According to the entry in Register, K Narasimha Reddy, CI from Amangal, and K Venkatesharulu, the Nandigama PS, was issued by 9 mm pistol along with direct rounds on October 3, 2018.
The two pistols were allegedly taken from them by MD.

Responding to the next questions from the Commission, Bhagwat stated that the receipt relating to the publication of two pistols and ammunition was not confiscated by IO as part of an investigation.
The Commission then asked Bhagwat, isn’t that it will violate HC’s orders, because the entry in the register has not been used as part of an investigation paper and preserved for commissions? Which, Bhagwat answered stating, “Yes, the number will break the order.” Furthermore, at night, arm and ammunition registers, containing details of all firearms used by the police in connection with alleged murder cases, equipped before the commission.
