MUMBAI: Even the economic downturn and pandemic haven’t dampened the desire of Bollywood biggies for luxury houses.
Following Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan along with Amitabh Bachchan, celebrity Ajay Devgn has spent in a lavish property.
Devgn is thought to have purchased a sprawling bungalow in Juhu for approximately Rs 60 crore.
The bungalow propagate across 590 sq yards isn’t far in the celebrity’s present bungalow, Shakti, located at the Kapole Co-operative Housing Society Ltd at Juhu.
Devgn’s spokesperson confirmed to TOI the celebrity has bought the land situated at the very street where he now resides.
On the other hand, the cost of this bungalow wasn’t shown by him, but property resources.
The area is also home to other actors, such as Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra and Akshay Kumar.
Resources stated that the Devgns were also searching for a new house for the previous year.
The bargain has been struck last November-December along with also the Kapole Co operative Housing Society moved the bungalow from the combined title of Veena Virendra Devgn along with Vishal alias Ajay Devgn on May 7.
The bungalow was previously owned by the late night Pushpa Valia.
Real estate sources stated that the current cost speed of this bungalow is roughly Rs 65 to 70 crores, but as a result of pandemic Devgn could have purchased it at a discounted rate.
Resources stated that Devgan took ownership of their bungalow and the celebrity has started renovation work since he wishes to redevelop his current bungalow.
