CHENNAI: Anna University vice-chancellor research panel led by Jawaharlal Nehru University vice-chancellor M Jagadesh Kumar on Monday encouraged applications for new V-C from distinguished academicians.
The research committee has encouraged applications after two weeks of its creation.
“The search committee invites applications for the post of vice-chancellor of Anna University from distinguished academicians using higher degree of proficiency, ethics, institutional and ethical dedication and owning the work and educational experience informed from the Tamil Nadu authorities,” that the nodal officer into the research committee said at the statement.

According to the credentials prescribed by the authorities, the offender should have 20 decades of expertise in research and teaching from universities, PG schools or research institutions.
They need to have a minimum 10 years experience as a professor at a college system.
