Ranchi: A tribal boy from Ranchi, Saurav Kumar Munda, after winning a seat for himself in the film and television of the Institute of India, Pune, for the three-year PG Diploma course in the direction of the film, has now begun to fund the crowd of almost Rs 4 Lakh to pursue his dream .

Shri Prakash, a city-based Ace documentary filmmaker, who also taught the subject at St Xavier’s College, has appealed to the crowd through its social media platform calling for donors to support prospective tribal filmmakers by sharing academic details and banks.
Prakash said, “I feel you have to support the cause because of the education of tribal students like he is important who will inspire more than the people and others who are marginalized to walk to the field of filmmaking to tell countless stories through cinema media.
