Gurgaon: A Nambardar – Guard Record Revenue from a Village – has been ordered illegally developed a multi-floor-commercial housing complex in sector 5.
FIR registered on Wednesday against Rakesh two, Nambardar from Sihi Village in Manesar, on complaints by MCG .
The reality company was accused of building ‘Rakshak Plaza’ in plot number 626 dairead colony in sector 5 without government approval and selling flat and shops to many people.
Nominated by the government, a Nambardar should be one of the most important people in a village in matters relating to income records.
Numbardar gets a monthly honoral and medical cover of the state government.
“According to the norm, everyone with criminal records, accused of exploring land or facing any charges cannot become Nambardar,” said a government official.
Previously, the City and State Planning Department had issued a notification to the company Realty Rakesh Madan Real Estate Pvt Ltd, a residential-commercial complex developer, looking for all relevant documents.
About 60 flats and 40 stores have been built illegally in the plot.
MCG officials said they had received complaints about the reality of the company.
“After site inspection, we recommend Fir Fight.
We will take further action on this problem,” an official said to TI.
Tarun two, reporter, said that he was surprised to know that illegal housing complexes could appear in the heart of the city.
“The construction of buildings has caused a big loss to value added.
The right probe is needed and the building must be destroyed immediately,” he said.
This case was registered against Rakesh below the IPC 188 section (disobedience to be properly ordered announced by civil servants) and 448 (Trespass House) at the Sector Police Station 5.
“Further investigation is ongoing,” said Police spokesman Gurgaon Subhash Benek.
When contacted, Rakesh claimed that he did not know the contents of FIR.
“We will seek legal opinions because we have not done anything illegal.”
