Surat: As part of the preparation for the National Assessment Inspection and the Accredit Council (NAAC) scheduled for next year, the Authority of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) has planned to tidy up its cleanliness.
So, they will spend RS 21 lakh now to get feedback about the quality of cleanliness in the rash, while no one mentions anything about the quality of their education! However, Syndicate VNSgu is applied to an ambitious project and has arrested it.
“As part of Swayachhata Abhiyan, we tried to monitor the quality of cleanliness in the traffic of the university campus.
However, it has not been received by Syndicate,” said K Chavda, Representative of Chancellition, VNSGU.
Varsity has been planned to install feedback devices at 320 toilets in the university department, the Convention Hall and Administration Office.
For devices, it is to be charged 11 lakh rs and 10 other RS 10 lakh estimated for internet connectivity.
In the feedback mechanism, the response provided by any user will be stored automatically on the university server and officials can continue to monitor cleanliness.
Those involved in Lalang cleansing must also enter cleaning details.
Ironically, learning chairs have not developed an internet-based transparent system where student feedback is taken about the quality of education.
“There is no transparent mechanism to check the quality of education in VNSGU.
In the past, the proposal was rejected by the Finance Committee but once again proposed on syndicates,” said Bhavesh Rabari, a former member of the syndicate.
He added that the teacher remained busy in administrative work.
