Hyderabad: Aid is free at the mosque clinic to help the poor

Hyderabad: Osman Nagar in the Old City has become identical to misery because of flooding continuously during the rainy season, but a local mosque has emerged as a Messiah.
Come on rain or bright, the mosque has provided a place to live for locals and offers free medical facilities through the clinic in its place.
The money saved on medical bills even helped poor people better their lives and put more food on the table.
After caring for around 60,000 patients in just nine months since January this year, perhaps the first for mosque clinics in this country, now actively campaigned against Dengue.
Apart from the blood test to detect the virus, Omar Mosque Shifa Clinic also made a large-scale sanitization drive at Osman Nagar under Maheshwaram Mandal with the help of local civil authorities and NGOs to help Foundation (HHF).
Osman Nagar has been constantly flooded since heavy rain.
Not clear rubbish, flowing overflowing and frequent water after the rain turns it into a breeding place for diseases transmitted through vectors, especially dengue and malaria fever.
A survey in 700 households by a mosque clinic in relationships with HHF showed that 95% of respondents highlighted non-hygienic and overflowing conditions due to the main civilian problems that affected the area.
“This survey was taken after the main health care center at the mosque clinic in Osman Nagar received 25 blood-blooded cases between 10 and 18 years in a month,” HHF said which manages the safe guardian Mujtaba Hasan.
Another previous survey in September revealed that the mosque clinic has assisted in increasing the social index in Osman Nagar.
About 65% of the population says that the cost of out-of-pocket that they have saved thanks to free treatment in the mosque has increased their food security and helps them meet children’s school costs, Askari said.

The mosque clinic also runs a small operating theater, in addition to providing dental services, spies, and free ambulances.
