Nashik: Shri Saibaba Sanshan Trust (SSST), Shirdi has said that online trajectories will be issued for worshipers for temple visits after reopening from October 7.
To prevent any density, only 15,000 worshipers will be permitted for Saibaba Darshan every day.
Children under 10 years, pregnant women and residents over the age of 65 will not be allowed to Darshan.
Trust on Tuesday issued a detailed guideline to be followed by worshipers visiting the temple.
The Chief of Trustment of the Temple of the Executive Officer Bhagyashree Banayat said the worshipers had to take part in the guidelines considering the covid pandemic.
He urged worshipers to cooperate with the management of the temple trust.
Ahmednagar District Collector Rajendra Bhosale led the meeting in Shirdi this afternoon to review the preparation of the SSST to reopen the temple.
Online pass can be disbursed by logging into online.sai.org.in.
Of the 15,000 passes that will be available online every day, 10,000 will be free and 5,000 will be paid, said SSST officials.
Prasadalaya managed by the SSST will remain closed.
A number of limited trajectories will be available for Aartis every day.
“To ensure that there is no density, no more than 1,150 people will be permitted in the premise of the temple per hour.
After Darshan, the worshipers must move from the temple as soon as possible,” added the SSST official.
Darshan’s time for worshipers was 6am to 10pm and bringing flowers to be banned.
Entries will be banned for those who do not wear masks.
SSST management has made arrangements for hand sanitis for worshipers in the temple place and thermal scanning to check body temperature at the entry point.
This temple is reopened after six months.
It was closed in the first week of April because of the second wave of pandemic.
