Coimbatore: Central All-Woman Police in Coimbatore will appeal before the Judge District Court (PDJ) wants it to submit a case of IAF rape to them for further investigation.
Police Inspector All Middle Women Nirmala will apply for an appeal before the PDJ court on Thursday.
Last week, the Additional Mahila Court ordered all police police to submit rape cases to IAF for a military court.
A 28-year-old woman IAF Officer was raped by Lieutenant Lieutenant Lieutenant AMITESH Harmukh, 29, at the Air Force Administration Pricise in Coimbatore in the early hours of September 10 September arrested him.
He was returned in judicial custody.
Later, IAF filed a petition before the Additional Mahila Court, was looking for custody from flight lieutenants for the military court.
