Ludhiana: In another action by the GST Center (CGST) Ludhiana in a sustainable investigation of a fake bill, two brothers based on Nagar BRS were arrested for their involvement in Nexus.
Both were accused of running six fictitious companies, making fake bills worth several crores and claimed input tax loans (ITC) in a cheat 13.90 crore rs tone.
One company was said to be the name of the defendant’s father who died a while again.
Defensely produced in front of the court by the department who then attracted them to judicial custody until October 22.
According to sources in the department, the Duo together by claiming ITC continued ITC to other entrepreneurs who were also involved in Billing Bogus and had been captured by the department on September 28.
Everything was said to be part of the Bogus Bigus Bogus 427-Crore scam which was the mastermind of Happy Nagpal also behind the bar and so far, six people have been arrested in this case.
