Hyderabad: The Indian community in London who organizes the program as part of the celebration has been grateful to the NHS, key workers and Covid-19 soldiers through the London Tower Bridge artwork placed at an event.
The Telangana Association of England (Tauk) celebrates “Chenetha Bathukamma and Dasara” in London.
NRIS and Indian community organizations representatives from all over the United Kingdom attended this event.
MPS English Virendra Sharma and Seema Malhotra along with Hounslow Major Bishnu Gurung was attended as a special guest.
Sauk Deputy President Shusmuna Reddy said special emphasis had guided people to wear a handloom through organizing celebrations because this was promoted by Telangana IT Minister K T Rama.
The founder of Tauk Anil Kurmachalam said that while the incident was held to encourage weavers to return to India and impress the Indian community to wear this year’s handloom, the Indian community felt it was also appropriate for them to thanked national health services in the UK (NHS).
