The defendant had been ordered under the Indian Criminal Code 307 (attempt to murder), 342 (wrong confinement), 341 (wrong restraints), 332 (causing injury to the public servant in terminating their assignments), 353 (violence or criminal avoiding public servants From the disposal of its duties), 427 (damage), 504 (intentional insults) and 147 (riots), according to officials.
They have also been charged with the IPC 188 section (disobedience to order correctly announced by civil servants), 269 (illegally or illegally spreading any disease infection that is harmful to life), 270 (malignant actions likely to spread disease infections dangerous).
Parts based on epidemic disease laws, the Amendment Act of Criminal Law, and the prevention of damage to public property action has also been summoned in this case, officials said.
