Patiala-based Lifeline Blood Center is respected with the State Award

PATIALA: Local Blood Bank Based on Patiala – Lifeline Blood Center – Has been respected by the state award on Monday as the ‘Best Blood Center with a Blood Component Separation Unit’ at the National Level Event Division of National Voluntary Blood Donation in the Government Medical College, Amritsar.
This event was organized by the Punjab State Blood Transfusion Board.
This is the center of the first private blood in Punjab who has been honored with a country award because previously only the government running a blood bank chosen for the best performance.
Led by Dr.
Rimprine Singh Walia, Lifeline Blood Center previously received a prestigious national award for extraordinary contributions in the field of blood transfusion services on the occasion of the 44th National Conference of India and Immunohaematology (ISBTI), which was organized by the Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences ( Pims) Jalandhar.
It was chosen for this national award from nearly 3000 state blood banks.
Dr.
Rimpreen Singh Walia said, “There are 141 blood banks in this country including around 90 private blood centers.
Since the beginning of this blood bank in 2007, our team strives to achieve excellence in blood transfusion services to provide safest and high.
– Quality Blood and blood components for patients in need.
We have introduced advanced technology at this center and have reached who the target of 100 percent voluntary blood collection to ensure blood availability and security and blood components.
We will continue to provide the best service.
