Mumbai: In the selection of Mega Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in early 2022, Chairman of the Jadhav Yashwant Sena-LED committee on Monday said that 15-20 ‘dissatisfied’ BJP Corporators relate to them.
He hinted for the inclusion in Sena’s fold added that ‘Dhamaka’ could be expected in December.
Jadhav said that they would not allow injustice to anyone and if there were corporators who approached them with dissatisfaction, they would ensure that they were treated well.
At present, the maximum number of corporators – 97 – comes from Shiv Sena, followed by BJP which has 81 canporators, the two has expired, namely Barot Ram and Sunil Yadav.
“There are several BJP companies that are fed up with the dominance of BJP senior stairs in BMC which have not considered them in any way or put them.
They feel that Shiv Sena is their only support and therefore these cans have reached us.
In December , the decision in connection with it will be taken, “Jadhav said.
Can be remembered that in October 2017, six of the seven MNS companies in BMC left the party and joined Shiv Sena.
Former alliance partners – Shiv Sena and BJP – also have been in a jar over some problems in BMC.
The recent date has surpassed the Civic Standing Committee meeting which has been opposed by BJP.
BJP has demanded a physical meeting instead, which is the LED panel of Sena Sena which was postponed by Jadhav, stated that it was an order of the state government to hold a meeting online because of the Covid situation.
In response to Jadhav’s claim, Prabhakar Shinde, the BJP Corporator leader and the party in BMC said, “This claim by Sena Shiv does not make sense and they need to stop dreaming.
It seems that they make such claims just to divert.
The core problem suffered by people.” Corporator BJP Bhalchandra Shirsat, who is also a BJP spokesman, said that no company would join Sena Shiv who had left Hindutva.
“Shiv Sena is running on the strength of outsiders and now needs a candidate and therefore makes such a statement,” Shirsat said.
