Bhubaneswar: Komisiancah police on Monday launched an initiative to provide assistance needed to save minors and prevent their region.
The police have handened hands with the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) and S.
Mohanty Charitable Trust for the smooth implementation of the scheme, nicknamed as Prarambh (preventive and restorative assistance for underage adults and children in Bhubaneswar).
Police Commissioner Saumendra Priyadar said Prarambh will focus on saving minors / missing adults and prevention and recovery of the victims and their families.
“We often find that most cases are missing and kidnaps related to small daughter areas.
Elopement has the main social consequences.
Little girls landed in exploitative places.
Careers and lives of girls like that are often affected.
The boy with who is under the age of marriage runs against criminal charges.
To prevent such things, we launch Priabh, “Priyadarshi said.
The commissional police expressed their gratitude to the actor and member of the Indian Rugby Board Rahul Bose to support Praarabh.
Bose, who was present at the Prapabh launch event, said he would launch a social media campaign about the adverse effects of underage children’s elopement.
Deputy Commissioner of Police of Uma Shankar Dash said Prarambh had four main components.
“With the help of kiss and SN Mohanty Charitable Trust, we will do social media and community outreach programs in the slums where this crater case is reported further.
Workshops will be held in schools and colleges to merek students about the use of responsible social media, “Dash said.
The other two components are to advise the victims who are saved and make ‘cells kidnapped and missing’ existing ‘from the commissional police more effectively.
The cell ‘small and lost kidnapping’ was opened at the DCP office in June.
Cells have so far saved 241 girls who are lost and close the case.
At least 295 small kidnapping cases have been closed during that period.
“We will ensure a quick, effective and fairly oriented investigation in the rescue of small children.
We appeal to parents to squeal their teenagers not to be friends with strangers on social media.
Parents play a greater role to educate Their children and prevent marriage, “DCP said.
