Aperar: Cricketer Yuvraj Singh was arrested by Hansi Police and was released with a temporary guarantee for allegations of inappropriate comments related to the scheduled caste.
The comment was made during the instagram direct event but the case was registered in Hansi after a local resident of Kalsan submitted a quarter against it under various parts of the IPC and SC / ST.
HANSAN SP Nitika Gahlout said here Sunday that Yuvraj joined the investigation according to the direction of the court by appearing before the investigative officer in this case.
He was released with a temporary guarantee after arrest.
The police have recovered the Cricketer phone that he uses for social media events, SP is added.
YUVRAJ was ordered below in Section 153 A (promoting hostility between different groups), 153 b (imputation, prejudice statement on national integration) from IPC and Section 3 (1) (u) of the scheduled caste and tribes and the scheduled cruelty ( Prevention and cruelty) acts on complaints of Kalsan.
He alleged that the cricket had used the specific word caste while referring to other players.
The Cricketer had approached Punjab and Haryana High Court who was looking for the termination of FIR, while asking plain in this case but was told to join the investigation.
