Patna: Cm Nith Kumar on Monday said the Jammu and Kashmir government must take hard action in the incident of the killings of recent people from Bihar.
Responding to the media query after his Janata Darbar program, Nitish said, “J & K administration must also provide protection needed in areas where workers from other states live and take steps needed to ensure that the target is targeted at Non-local does not repeat the Kashmir Valley.
“Two workers from Aria were killed and the third was injured critically in the denied Kundh Kashmir southern on Sunday.
Nitish said Sunday’s incident was the third where people from Bihar were killed in J & K.
“I spoke with LG from J & K, Manoj Sinha, by telephone and expressed my serious concern for non-local killings in the Union region.
I told Sinha that Bihar was fully concerned about the recurrent murder of our people.
Sinha assured me that he was looking at this problem, “Nitish said.
“But it is a fact that something wrong happened in the valley.
Some people deliberately attacked those who went there to work.
The way two workers from Bihar were killed selectively after entering their homes …
We have notified J & K administration,” He said.
Nitish says free people go anywhere throughout the country to work.
“People from the background of poor families usually go to other places to work.
But, such workers are killed at J & K.
Decisive action must be taken in such cases …
we really hurt the murder incident,” he added .
Overall four native Bihar people have so far been killed in a targeted attack at J & K in the past two weeks.
On Saturday, Arbind Kumar was valid from Bihar District, Banka was killed in a terrorist attack.
Arbind is used to sell ‘panipuri’ in Srinagar.
Previously, on October 5, one Paswan Birendra of the Bhagalpur district was shot dead by terrorists in Srinagar.
