PANAJI: In an effort to fight increasing instances of divorce, the Goa government is set to introduce compulsory counseling for couples prior to marriage enrollment.

Cabral said the counseling will be carried out immediately following the very first touch and could be run via the Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (GIPARD).
