Brasilia: The Brazilian Congress Panel arranged to recommend allegations of mass murder against President Jair Bolsonaro, confirming that he deliberately let the Coronavirus rip the country and killed hundreds of thousands in an effort that failed to achieve the immunity of herd and revive the Latin American economy.
