Coimbatore: The Indian Air Force (IAF) can defend the custody of AMITESH HARMUKH airlines, 29, who was arrested by the Central All Coimbatore female police on charges of raping a colleague at the Indian Air Force Premisor last month, the first additional district judge (Iell) court Ordered on Saturday.

The defendant will be under IAF detention.

After receiving such intimacy, the IAF authority must provide a decent atmosphere within the IAF campus and ensure the privacy of the investigation.
Investigations should not be disturbed by the IAF.
After the completion of the investigation, the police will prepare two sets of material evidence and a set must be placed for the courts of the trial under the Air Force Law, 1950.
