Mumbai: Consciousness of Oly’s Owned Goods from a cruise ship on October 2 which leads to the arrest of Bollywood Star Shah Rukh Khan Aryan has become a munkier with a Personal Guards of a witness who filed serious charges at the official Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
Affidavit by Prabhakar Sail, Guards for Narcotics witness KP Gosavi, also mentioned the meeting between Pooja Dadlani (Shah Rukh manager), Gosavi and one Sam D’Souza in early morning October 3.
Affidavit stated that the payment of RS 8 Crore was made for Zonal Head NCB Sameer Wankhede.
Sail said he was afraid that NCB officials and other people involved could kill him or kidnap him like Gosavi.
Gosavi has not been able to be tracked since NCP Minister Nawab Malik triggered controversy including him as a witness.
He questioned the decision to make Gosavi, against who a criminal case was waiting, a witness.
Pune police have even issued a search notice of Gosavi because of his involvement in the case of cheating in 2018.
Wankhede has denied the allegations.
Raid began on October 2 and continued until the next day.
Aryan and the other two were arrested on October 3 after the interrogation clock.
Affidavit also stated that Aryan was brought from an international cruise terminal to the NCB office in Pier Ballard in Gosavi vehicles.

Affidavit, October 23, was sworn before the RB Notary Gupta had given details a series of events that took place on the night before the attack.
Sailing has told one of the conversations: “Until then we reached a lower parel, Gosavi spoke with Sam on the phone and stated that you put the Rs 25 Crore bomb and let’s be satisfied at the age of 18 because we had to give 8 crore to Sameer.

Sail said he was instructed by Gosavi to come to the NCB office on October 2.
“I asked the driver, Vijay Suryavanshi, where Gosavi was.
He told me Gosavi was in the NCB office and was in a meeting with NCB officials …
at 10:30 a.m., I was called by Gosavi in the dormitory (where the cruise ship anchored ) And I saw Aryan Khan in one of the cabins in the Boarding Cruise area.
I also saw a girl, Munmun Dhamecha, and several other people with NCB officials, “said Sail.
Aryan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and Dhamecha were arrested together.
After the attack, Gosavi drove Innova, along with Arya and NCB officials, to the agency office at Pier Ballard, while Sail walked on foot.

after a while Gosavi went down to the NCB office and met Sam D’Souza and then We drove down Parel and the Sam car followed us.

Sail claims that after a few minutes, a blue Mercedes came and Dadlani stepped out.
Dadlani, Sam and Gosavi sat in the car and spoke.
Then they all left.
After driving Gosavi to his residence in Vashi, Sail was asked to go to Tardeo near Indiana Hotel and collect RS 50 lakh cash.
Sail said that when he got there, a car arrived and a man gave him two bags full of money with Gosavi.
Then, Gosavi asked the screen to hand over cash to Sam on the Trident Hotel.
When sailing reached the hotel and handed cash, Sam said that there were only Rs 38 Lakh.
