CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu’s Manager of Elementary Education stated on Tuesday that pupils of Course 1 to 8 all universities below the state board are encouraged for its academic year 2020-21.

The state of Tamil Nadu follows a no-detention coverage for pupils up to Class 8.
In addition, part 16 of this RTE Act says that no child ought to be held in any course or be expelled before conclusion of basic school.
