The Bombay High Court today guarantees the son of Shah Rukh Khan Aryan Khan in the case of medicine-on-cruise.
Star’s son was represented by Bukar Rohatgi, former Indian Attorney General (AGI).
He was the main adviser along with Satish Maneshinde and Senior Counsel Amit Desai was also present in court for the trial before justice Nitin Sambre.
Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha also guaranteed.
Aryan was arrested on October 3 and he had a guarantee on the 25th day after arrest.
The judge has maintained a detailed guarantee order for tomorrow, so Aryan Khan will not get out of prison today.

The NCB also claims that Aryan Khan and a woman named Pooja Dadlani, manager Shah Rukh Khan, damaged the evidence and witnesses in this case in an effort to thwart investigation.
“The role of this applicants (Arya Khan) in the grave commission and serious violations under the NDPS law, including drug trafficking, it appears to consider the Nexus and the applicant’s connection with the other accused in this case,” NCB has stated in his affidavit.

Previously, Aryan’s lawyer argued at the court that he was not found to have contraband goods and attend the party as a VVIP invitation.
