MUMBAI: Prabhakar Sail, escort witnesses in the case of a drug bust KP Gosavi, was given police protection by the government MVA day after he filed an affidavit leveling serious charges, including results for the NCB head zonal Sameer Wankhede, in medicine yacht attack that led to the arrest of the child actor Shah Rukh Khan Arya.
In another development, Gosavi, who has been in hiding since the NCP minister Nawab Malik said he had registered a criminal case against him, appeared on Monday and denied all the charges, including extortion.
Gosavi quoted by ANI said he would give “a half-hour outside Maharashtra”.
He also denied meeting Pooja Shah Rukh manager Dadlani-one claims made by Sail.
‘Selfie with Arya taken at the terminal, not the NCB office’
On Monday, Sail visiting Mumbai police headquarters to file a complaint.
Sources said he was asked to approach the Sahar police station, which is under the jurisdiction he remains.
Sahar police said they were looking into the complaint.
Gosavi explains that selfie with Aryan Khan, who has gone viral taken on a cruise ship terminal and not in the office NCB.
He said he had received information about the drug racket of sources and had informed the NCB.
He said there were threats against his life.
Gosavi, who admitted running a private detective agency, is one of nine independent witnesses in this case.

In an interview, Gosavi said he was very much available in Mumbai until October 6, but since he started getting threat calls from unknown numbers, he had to go into hiding.
Given the sequence of events from NCB attack, he said that he got the information about the drug, he handed it to NCB officials, and when he went to a cruise, he first met NCB superintendent VV Singh and then met Wankhede.
Until then he did not know about the Wankhede, it said.
In the early hours of October 3 Sail claimed that while escorting Gosavi, she heard him discuss the demand of Rs 25 crore and his willingness to “settle” at Rs 18 crore, of which Rs 8 crore were to be allegedly paid to Wankhede.
Meanwhile, TOI visited Adarsh building in Waghbil Thane area, where Gosavi used to live.
A security guard there said, “Gosavi lived as tenants on the floor for a few months.
He used to come up with a woman and his bodyguards in an SUV, which has a metal plate with ‘police’ written on it.
He used to come in late at night and constantly changing vehicle, but with ‘police’ plate on the inside.
” The guard added, “Most of the time, he used to move around as the police, holding two mobile phones and cigarette case in his hand.
He never looked like a cop.
” Security personnel claimed Gosavi packed his belongings and left the place around the time of Ganesh festival.
The guard said a few days ago, a police team had come to Pune.
TOI visited another flat in Sector 28, Vashi, which was locked.
Gosavi staying in a rental 2BHK flat in Block 1.
A security guard said, “Gosavi came to live with his wife in a flat in Block1 in September.
Since then his name appears on a news channel, he stopped visiting the flat.
