‘Very … Meta’: Twitter cracked Facebook rebrand

'Very ... Meta': Twitter cracked Facebook rebrand
Written by news2in

WASHINGTON: Announcement of Facebook Thursday that the company is subsequently called Meta releasing the Torrent Hilarity on Twitter from companies, people and even the giant social media itself.
While critics hit Facebook for change, claiming rebranding aims to divert attention from the company’s scandal, the internet still has good laughter.
Here are some of the highlights of the memes and muctions of focusing too: meat jokes are anger, with the US Hamburger chain Wendy tweeting shortly after news: “Change the name of the meat.” Stay loyal to His Word, the chain did it – but only on his Twitter profile.
Tweet intelligence under the handle @nicothememedude asked: “Is this the beginning of Meamivers?” Which is Wendy replied: “Very meta.” The new Twitter account is met by meta, which has increased by 13.5 million followers, respectfully read: “Good for meat, @wendys.” Even though Meta will only be the name of the parent company, and the application will still be called Facebook, some observers are worried.
“How can you tell whoever you are in Meta.
It sounds like a medicine,” @CareAware.
The new name of social networking spurred a lot of disappointment too.
“Why does Facebook choose ‘meta’? ‘Meh’ was taken,” wrote @maxgoff.
The former Pro basketball player who knew many of the Methta World Peace, the different handle he gave in 2011, was quickly drawn to Medan.
“Facebook’s new full name is Meta World Peace,” said @Darrenrovell.
“I only recognize one Metta @ Mettaworld37,” @mylesManj utilizers, the former Laker, born Ron Artest, answered simple: “lol”.
For many people, Meta will forever explain something that refers to or about himself, like a film about people who make films about filmmaking.
“Everyone who posted about Facebook on Twitter is very …
Meta,” @ Johnrush32.
Apart from jokes, Facebook critics were not entertained by changing names, which they debated avoiding the real problem.
“The name was never a problem,” wrote a group of activists who called himself the actual Facebook supervisor board.
