LUCKNOW: Covid curfew has been raised in 3 UP districts — Jaunpur, Lakhimpur Kheri and Ghazipur — following busy instances came down under 600 inside these on Tuesday.
Currently, 64 UP districts are unlocked.
Additional main secretary, data, Navneet Sehgal stated curbs will last from the remaining 11 districts, such as Lucknow.
On Sunday, the state authorities had made a decision to lift Covid curfew from 55 districts that had less than 600 active instances.
In the last two times, nine districts are added into the listing.
Health officials have urged people to keep on after the avoidance protocols regardless of getting vaccinated.
“Prevention is the only instrument we’ve got available.
Vaccination can also be part of the prevention program which is determined by subsequent Covid security protocols,” said ACS, health and family welfare, Amit Mohan Prasad.
